Just because someone has been screwed does not mean that they
- have to like it
or
- have to make it easy for people to CONTINUE to screw them.
The age old addage of "Why bother now? It's done already" doesn't really apply to someone who has had their privacy violated. Just because it HAPPENED doesn't mean the person who was violated should just shut up and sit back while their privacy continues to be violated via public forums or mediums.
Granted, they can't make it stop happening privately amongst individuals, but if it provides them with some peace of mind and some mediocre bit of satisfaction to take public avenues/mass exposure AWAY from the offenders? Then good for them, I say. That's the least they deserve. |

No, no we're all not dying to see them as much as everyone else. And if you're "dying" over someone else's private photos? Maybe it's time to look up Tony Robbins and re-evaluate your life?
In the meantime, if you could NOT project your paparazzi/stalker tendencies onto me, Lady Gaga, it'd be much appreciated. Don't speak for the masses, speak for yourself. That way, you'll only make a fool out of ONE and the rest of us can just enjoy the second hand embarrassment on your behalf. BSTL. |
